Pick Up
You pick up the fresh green chile in Whittier this year. The address is 10852 Colima Road. It will be completely different this year. It will be a drive thru chile pickup, you will not even get out of your vehicle. We can roast your chile for you. All of the chile will be preordered thru the internet. You will have a scheduled date and time to pick up your chile. The pickup times will be strictly enforced this year. We need to do this to make the drive thru system work properly. The chile comes in Mild, Medium, Hot, Extra Hot, and Extra Extra Hot. We call the Extra Extra Hot "Double X". The Double X chile is too hot for most people to eat. We also carry the hot variety of Yellow chiles, and the hot variety of Jalapeno chiles. We will only be selling sacks of chile this year, and that is all you will pick up in Whittier. Any dry chile products will be shipped to you. The green chile is seasonal. We start taking orders on July 15th. You pick up your Fresh Green chile between the middle of August to the middle of September.
